Classification happens locally in Chrome. SolicitBlock does not send your email contents to a remote classification service.

The extension uses minimum permissions: local storage, plus access to Gmail pages so it can read the message you already have open.

Allow lists, block lists, and settings stay in your browser. Future updates may pull compiled detection rules from the SolicitBlock API. Those updates do not include your inbox.

Block collapses a message in place and remembers the sender. It does not delete, archive, or move mail to Spam.
